Those who have been to Kuala Lumpur Chinatown would know one of their speciality, Claypot Loh Shu Fun and this is one of the food that I’m here for. Loh Shu Fun is also known as Mee Tai Mak. The version that I ate are normally stir fry and this is my first time eating it in a claypot. This Loh Shu Fun is full of flavor or 重口味, the Loh Shu Fun is soft and tender. I can feel the pork lard in there. Adding the egg enhance the texture of the noodle.
