Patisserie Tong Wong is meant for some one who have a sweet tooth and craving for quality cakes in Hong Kong. This lovely shop at Wan Chai does have seats where you can sit down and enjoy their delicious cake. I could say their cakes are just too beautiful to be eaten.

The top white layer of the cheesecake is a thick creamy cheese cream.
Hazelnut chocolate crunchy cake taste like Ferrero Rocher chocolate.

This chocolate rose is their signature.
Each rose petal is made of dark chocolate and coated with chocolate powder, it’s really really rich.
And that’s not all, in the middle of this rose, is a chocolate cake with rum, kind of like Tiramisu.
One of this will make you feel chocolaty the whole day. It’s really a sweet day for me and I will be back for more.
